The following Terms & Conditions are applicable to all hunting packages with Grove Hill Outfitters, Inc.
1. All deposits are nonrefundable.
2. All fees shall be paid in full upon arrival, by cash or credit card.
3. If patron should wound an animal, Grove Hill shall dispatch it and it shall be treated as if patron had killed the animal (does not apply to black bear, moose, whitetail deer hunts).
4. If patron shoots more than one animal, patron shall pay for all animals shot. Patron shall pay for any and all animals he or she shoots, regardless of what was contracted for between patron and Grove Hill. If patron shoots a “lesser animal” (less expensive contract), he or she shall still pay pursuant to original contract. (Does not apply to black bear, moose or whitetail deer hunts).
5. Patron shall abide by all laws of the State of Maine and rules regarding the Large Game Shooting Area. Patron may use only those weapons that are legal for hunting use under Maine law. Hunting hours are ½ hour before sunrise until ½ hour after sunset.
6. Smoking in the hunting area is prohibited. Grove Hill reserves the right to suspend hunting privileges of any patron whose judgment is affected by any substance.
7. Patron, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, personal representatives and successors, hereby waives any claim or demand, and releases Grove Hill from any liability whatsoever with regard to any personal injury or damage to Patron’s property, and agrees to indemnify and hold Grove Hill harmless from any blame or responsibility whatsoever, resulting from such injury or damage occurring on Grove Hill premises.
